The Wakala fees and Modharaba percentage for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2020

 Al Madina Insurance recently signed an agreement for a period of 2 years with INMA for providing comprehensive insurance services to the burgeoning SME category. the range of services would include packaged insurance products and customized generic solutions. Present at the signing ceremony were Usama Al Barwani CEO, Al Madina Takaful, Ajay Srivastava COO, Al Madina Takaful, Salah Hilal Al Maawali CEO, INMA, Rajesh Ghosh Head of Marketing INMA, along with representatives from both companies. INMA The SME Development Fund (SMEF) has been established in March 2014 & commenced operations in April 2014, an OAPFD initiative with the objective of developing entrepreneurship and financing small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate. SME Development Fund has tailored a set of products specially designed to provide SMEs with flexible funding to meet their needs. And to name a few shareholders are. SGRF ( State General Reserve Fund),Civil Service Employees Pension Fund, Bank Muscat,OMZEST (Omar Zawawi Establishment LLC), Diwan of Royal Court pension fund,Muscat Overseas Group, Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC, Royal Oman Police, Sultan Special Force Pension fund, Royal office Pension Fund,TANMIA (Oman National Investments Development Company).
