Ajay Srivastava has a Bachelor of Science (Honors), a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and an Associate of Insurance Institute of India (AIII) certification.
He has nearly three decades of insurance experience at Branch, Division and Country level in Indian, London and GCC Insurance markets.
He has successfully managed Multi-million dollar budgets with full P&L responsibility. He has vast experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans and innovative business ideas with a history of managing turnaround Projects & Operations.
Shakaib is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Commerce.
He has more than two and half decades of experience of providing assurance and advisory services in Sultanate of Oman.
Prior to joining the Company, he was a Director at an International Audit and Advisory firm in Oman. His responsibilities included, apart from providing Assurance & Advisory services to Banking and Insurance sector, Risk Management and Quality control of the Firm. He also acted as Head of Islamic Finance for a couple of years with the International Firm in Oman.
Ranganathan has Bachelor’s Degrees in Science and Law.
He has over 20 years of Insurance experience, with about 12 years in the Oman Insurance market. His specialization is in the areas of Product distribution, Channel management.
He also has successfully managed various distribution channels, including Bancassurance for one of the largest public-sector bank (State Bank of India) in India.
He specialized in Life underwriting and he is part of the core implementation team at ICICI Prudential, a joint venture with Prudential, (UK) and Cardiff (France) for Investment linked insurance schemes.
Issac is an Associate of Insurance Institute of India (AIII). He has 17 years of experience in Underwriting and Product Development in multi-national companies. His GCC based experience encompassed working for insurance companies in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
He is a specialist in handling huge infrastructure projects (both operational and construction), marine, motor fleets, employee benefits and personal lines of business portfolios.

He has more than 23 years of experience in Insurance and Automobiles sectors. He worked with leading Automobile and insurance groups in India prior to his assignment in Oman.
He specializes in strategizing and implementing effective motor claims management initiatives, supply chain management, detailed motor claims experience analysis and business reporting. He was instrumental to implement key dealers tie-ups and managed various dealer accounts.
Muamen has a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
He has more than two decades of experience in managing the legal functions and requirements of Insurance Sector. He is also an approved Arbitrator as authorized by Omani Courts.
